ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 11, 2009

12:15P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard Gorden,

                        Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur.

1.  The Board was told about the results of our meeting with the Personnel Board

    on 9/10/09. Our new Senior Clerk, Dorothy Lamoureux was approved to start

    at a step 3 salary.

2.  The following actions were taken on Fiscal Year 2010 personal exemption

    applications for the owners of the following parcels:

             Parcel # 39-78            Cl.22                granted

             Parcel # 91-56            Cl.22                granted

             Parcel # 70-143          Cl.22                granted

             Parcel # 40-49            Cl.22                granted

             Parcel # 82-37            Cl.37                granted

3.  The Board approved a fiscal year 2009 real estate abatement under the

     authority of M.G.L. Chapter 59 Section 57C for parcel # 47-6.

4.  The Board approved a fiscal year 2010 Preliminary Tax Adjustment under

     the authority of M.G.L. Chapter 59 Section 57C for parcel # 47-6.

5.  The Board was told that our carpets and blinds will be replaced over the

     weekend of 9/26/09. There will be some dislocation as a result in the days

     before and after this project.

6.  The Board was given copies of the Preliminary Report from the Charter

     Commission.
